I read some time ago, I don’t remember where, about this idea of challenging yourself from time to time self-assigning the task to complete a portfolio in a specific – short – timeframe. I gave it a try, and I choose a single day.
On a recent Fuji event I had only 45 minutes to play with their latest offering. I chose to try the X-T10 instead of the X-T1 because of the pretty significant difference in price between the two.
Especially when shooting in misty, windy or salty environments, the sensor of your camera can become pretty much caked in dust or water droplets (that are often even worst than dust…), and pretty fast too.
I was out shopping for an Olympus 25mm f/1.8, when Panasonic decided to hit the shelves “running” with their 25mm f/1.7 at a hugely discounted introductory price. At that point I decided to give the Panny a go!
